How do I add members?
Go to Members → Add Member. You can set their opening balance and create a portal account for them at the same time.
How do I send SMS to members?
Go to Messages, compose your message and click Send SMS. SMS is managed centrally by GroupYetu360. Your plan includes a monthly SMS bundle — check Billing & SMS for your usage.
How do I renew my subscription?
Go to Billing & SMS, select your plan, pay via M-Pesa to our details shown, then submit your reference number.
How do I record a welfare event?
Go to Welfare → New Welfare Event. This creates a contribution record for all members to pay.
